Welcome to my Coaching Practice!

Thank you so much for choosing to work with Zeal Coaching. I am looking forward to our time together.

The following information outlines what we need to get started. Please work through as much as you can before our first meeting.

Please complete the following Online Forms and Assessments.

• Please complete this online Pre-work questionnaire before our first meeting.
• The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)  and STRONG online assessments need to be completed before our 2nd meeting. You’ll find those instructions here.

Each of these assessments will take between 30-40 minutes to complete, but this is the homework that gets us started!!

Be sure to take the assessments with the following in mind: There are no right or wrong answers. So please answer the questions in a way that shows the “real” you, not what people expect of you.

Please complete the online pre-work before our first session where we will review your answers.

The results of your assessments will be sent directly to me and we will review the feedback reports in our second session together.
