Equus Leadership Development Retreat

April 22, 2017       8:30 am-4:00 pm       Carriage Hill Stables

Expand Your Personal Leadership Impact

What-the-Horse-Knows-2

Equine-assisted Coaching combines nonverbal interactions with individual horses and powerful coaching tools to increase self-awareness and build confidence in all leadership competencies.

Like people, every horse is naturally looking for a leader to follow and trust. Unlike people, horses provide immediate, clear, and genuine feedback, offering us an opportunity to learn how and where we are being either clear, or incongruent in our vision, communication, and authenticity.

Clients experience powerful shifts by watching for feedback from the horse, listening to inner intuition, adjusting their message, establishing trust and clear communication, and stepping into true leadership.

No experiences with horses is necessary.

There will be no riding during the retreat, ground activities only.

What to Expect:

  • Expect a fun, inspiring, and insightful day in a warm and welcoming learning environment.
  • Expect your facilitators to offers a series of educational and experiential activities interacting with horses, without riding or mounting the horse, both in an individual and team settings.
  • Expect to learn a new way to connect to your intuition, your “inner leader”, and utilize the natural reaction horses have to your emotions, energy and confidence.
  • Expect support and coaching around the leadership area(s) you want to focus on and strengthen that day.
  • Expect to be open and surprised with what a horse can teach you.
  • Expect to enjoy the outdoors and walk away with a new understanding of how your leadership impacts the world around you.
