The process takes practice. It will also take being honest with yourself, but mostly it will take a willingness to receive and celebrate what is unique and special about you. One private 90 minute coaching session (value $145) post workshop to refine your plan and accountability. Private coaching session will be within a month of Workshop dates.
After the group sessions are complete, you can select to benefit from a personal coaching session with me to discuss and plan how to apply the information and deepen the techniques directly for yourself. This coaching allows me to assist you in refining and holding you accountable to your success in a way that is impossible in a group setting.
